Listening to: Nothing
I heard yesterday the news that the Bishop of Leicester is happy to send me to Wycliffe Hall in Oxford for my ordination training. This is good news indeed, as I now finally know where I'm going!
So I will be moving from Leicester in September to study for three years at Wycliffe. I'll be on the BA Theology course, which I'm led to believe means quite a bit of hard work! Leaving family, friends, church, and UCCF will be very sad yet this is also a very exciting move for me as the Lord has so clearly given me opportunities and 'open doors'.
I'm told Oxford is a good place to live. Anyone from round those parts care to comment?

Great news!
I had a very good four years working there.
I went to St Andrew's church just round the corner from Wycliffe while growing up. It's a lovely part of the city too - right near the University Parks. North Oxford is expensive though!
good news. BA is hardcore though. - be careful.
ps. My mate Jonny is JCR pres next year, could put you intouch if you'd like. I'm sure he'd be happy to talk.
Mazal tov. It is a great city to study and live!
